Wine Ageing
The wine ageing is accomplished in the cellar of the winery in French oak barrels made in Portugal and in “Seguin Moreau” and “Cadus” barrels directly imported from France. The amount of time the wine remains in the barrels is monitored by a careful evaluation of the organoleptic properties of the wine, in other words by tasting . For the 2001 harvest the wine remained for 2 month in new barrels. |
